The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. No mandatory experience required, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain all required food safety certifications where applicable.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and fellow team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering consistent, high quality food.
