Job summary

Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli, a JRI Hospitality Brand, is seeking line cooks to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items across stations, follow the established recipes, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing tickets, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with the prep team and Kitchen Manager to protect recipe integrity. A current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age with reliable transportation.
• 2–5 years working in a high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn all menu items across stations and adhere to recipes.
• Cook items adhering to recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Manage tickets with urgency to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with prep cooks and Kitchen Manager to protect recipe integrity.
• Follow HACCP and health-safety guidelines; maintain cleanliness.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform; maintain professional image.
