Malone’s, a premier Louisville restaurant, invites passionate kitchen teammates to join our fast-paced, high-volume line. You will work on multiple stations preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and other dishes while maintaining quality, safety, and portion standards.

Applicants should be able to stand 8–10 hours per shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive on teamwork, timing and clear communication. Competitive pay starts at $17/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must maintain clean, sanitary station and follow safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and speed in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking on various equipment.
• Ensures quality and portion control according to recipes.
• Maintains proper line station stock levels for smooth service.
• Cleans kitchen and follows checklists with sanitation throughout shift.
• Assists in food prep during peak periods.
