Bub City - Rosemont is hiring Line Cooks to prepare, produce, and present all menu items in a fast-paced setting. We offer a vibrant, Nashville-inspired environment with lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and late-night dining, along with a broad whiskey selection.

Responsibilities

• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Read a thermometer correctly and efficiently
• Communicate any food delays or issues to Coordinator
• Maintain menu item counts and notify Management when quantities fall below minimum
• Accurately account for all items coming out of the station
• Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all employment policies and be a team player
• Other duties as needed
