Job summary

M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking back of house line cooks to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with dining room and bar staff to deliver high quality meals and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

As a full-time BOH member, you’ll handle food prep, line cooking, and teamwork under tight schedules, including nights and weekends. We value strong organization, culinary skill, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have strong culinary skills and ability to follow recipes.
• Experience maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to coordinate with dining room and bar staff to meet guest needs.
