LOVECRAFT BEER SHOP AND ALE HOUSE is seeking a Line Cook for a busy season with a driven, team-oriented approach. You will ensure timely dish sending and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced kitchen, aiming for quality and consistency in every plate.

We pride ourselves on scratch-made dishes inspired by New Mexican and Texas-style flavors. The right candidate enjoys a lively environment, demonstrates pride in presentation, and is committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification or Food Handler’s Certification required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively.

Aufgaben

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner.
• Take pride in plating and executing.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members.
• Maintain inventory and restock when necessary.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities for a safe and sanitary kitchen.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.
