JDK Management Company is seeking a Line Cook for our Quaker Steak & Lube brand in the Clearwater, FL area. The role focuses on preparing menu items to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

A successful candidate works well under pressure, communicates effectively, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No experience required; line cook experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Stock and prep ingredients to support smooth kitchen operations and shift readiness.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and other kitchen support tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
