Dave & Buster’s Buffalo, NY is seeking a line cook to deliver an exceptional culinary experience through careful preparation and presentation of our menu while ensuring food safety and quality for every Guest.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with flexible schedules, support a friendly team, follow recipes and prep sheets, maintain cleanliness, and help drive guest satisfaction, day, night, or weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes prompt corrective action or suggests alternatives.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Safely operates all kitchen equipment and uses chemicals properly.
• Prepares and cooks all food items by recipe and to specification.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and stations.
• Assists other team members as needed to support business needs.
