Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role in the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.

• Strong teamwork and communication in a busy kitchen environment.
• Passion for cooking and a desire to continually learn and improve culinary skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting shortages.
• Present yourself professionally and follow uniform guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas and sanitation standards.
