Job summary

IHOP Brainerd Road in Chattanooga is now hiring line cooks for all shifts at our 24-hour location. We offer growth opportunities, flexible schedules, and a team environment where you can build lasting memories with colleagues.

Starting pay is $12–$12.50 per hour DOE, with weekends and holidays required. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, and on-the-job training. Previous line cook experience preferred, training available for beginners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a line cook role or similar food-industry position is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring food safety.
• Willingness to learn and improve culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
