Job summary

Septembers Taproom & Eatery in Redlands, CA is seeking an experienced Line Cook for our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and plate menu items, maintain a clean workstation, and work closely with staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences during busy service periods.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of line cook or kitchen experience, thrives under pressure, and demonstrates attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting event days.
• Valid Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
• Ensure all food is plated consistently and presented professionally
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with prep work, inventory management, and kitchen organization as needed
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow proper kitchen procedures
