Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recipes efficiently using various cooking methods and techniques.
• Read and follow recipes with precise measurements and weights.
• Demonstrate strong knife skills including chopping, dicing, and slicing.
• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, proper portioning, and cooking to correct temperatures.
• Plate dishes with beautiful presentation and garnishing.
• Support opening and closing duties including station setup and breakdown, FIFO stocking, cleanliness and organization.
