• Ensure order accuracy through mise en place, portioning, and correct temperatures.
• Produce visually appealing plating and garnishing for guests.
• Support opening and closing duties, station setup and breakdown, and FIFO stocking.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergy awareness.
• Work well under pressure with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team through clear communication.
