Traditions Hospitality Group in Norman, OK is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes, maintain clean stations, and support service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
