Responsibilities

• Control food usage to minimize waste.
• Prepare and cook orders in a timely manner.
• Advise supervisor on inventory and assist with receiving items.
• Restock items as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report unsafe or malfunctioning equipment.
• May assist with ware washing or other kitchen duties.
• Interact with guests as needed; promote teamwork and quality service.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
