Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning and storing.
• Use PPE and keep equipment clean.

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Cook according to recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare cold foods.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves & fryers.
• Test foods for safety; update logs.
• Monitor food quality during prep.
• Set up and break down work station.
• Serve portions onto correct receptacles.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen surfaces and tools.
• Check appliance and food temperatures.
