The Noggin Room in Petoskey, MI is seeking a versatile line cook to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and speed, collaborate with chefs, and help maintain a vibrant, professional kitchen.

Candidates should have line cook experience, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and a commitment to food safety. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as line cook or similar culinary role.
• Familiar with restaurant kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Able to stand long hours and lift heavy objects.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities
