Job summary

Stonebridge at Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an amazing Line Cook with 5 years of relevant experience. Starting at $21.00 per hour, you will help prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service to the hotel’s high standards.

The role requires preparing ingredients, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and working under the chef in a fast-paced kitchen while delivering excellent quality and guest service.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card is required.
• Ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods for all cooking measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all ingredients for the shift before service begins.
• Operates station in an efficient, safe manner.
• Practices serve-safe methods in preparing, cooking, holding and storing of all food items.
• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
