Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Line Cook to join our hotel culinary team. You’ll prepare menu items, follow recipes, and ensure food safety and presentation standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Part-time schedule (2–3 shifts per week), with nights, weekends, and holidays possible. Previous hospitality experience preferred; strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain any government-required or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Position is part time, 2-3 shifts a week.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• The Line Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working with the culinary team to provide excellent dining experience for guests.
