Qualifications

• Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience.
• Strong communication skills for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience in a similar (or translatable) environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, set up, and ensure quality control of meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other items in broiler and sauté stations and related areas.
• Prepare hot items according to recipes and guest checks to ensure consistency.
• Keep areas clean, stocked, and compliant with Health Department regulations.
