Job summary

The successful candidate will have a WA state Food Handler's Card, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior Line Cook experience. You will collaborate with chefs, maintain cleanliness, and ensure top-quality presentation while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
