Job summary

Quailridgecc Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food in a high-volume, fast-paced club kitchen, following established recipes and plating standards. You will work with experienced chefs to ensure timely, quality dishes while maintaining HACCP compliance and sanitary practices.

The ideal candidate has advanced cooking and knife skills, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to work under pressure while communicating effectively and maintaining strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Two years line cook experience preferred.
• Advanced cooking and knife skills are required.
• Food Safety Training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food quickly and to exact standards following recipes and plating.
• Handle food receiving, storage and proper handling of all items.
• Ensure multiple stations produce high quality food simultaneously.
• Maintain clean, safe kitchen with HACCP standards.
• Set up stations with supervision and operate at high level of expertise.
• Maintain par levels for stations and monitor inventory.
