Job summary

Quailridgecc Inc is seeking a line cook for its fast-paced club kitchen in Boynton Beach, FL. You will prepare food to exact recipes, plate with consistency, and assist with receiving and storage while upholding HACCP safety standards.

The role requires high-volume output, strong knife skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. You’ll set up stations, maintain cleanliness, and support other production areas as needed, with reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Two years line cook experience preferred.
• Advanced cooking and knife skills are required.
• Food Safety Training required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food following recipes and plating.
• Sets up stations with limited supervision and executes at a high level.
• Maintains HACCP standards and kitchen cleanliness.
• Handles food receiving or storage and proper handling of items.
• Assists other staff and production areas as needed.
