Responsibilities

• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisor.
• Prepare and station items before service starts.
• Set up the kitchen line and ensure all stations are ready for service.
• Stock and prep to meet chef’s standards and timing.
• Handle food prep, including chopping, butchering, and sauce prep.
