Job summary

Boozehounds PS is seeking reliable dishwashers/stewards to join our vibrant restaurant and bar in Palm Springs. We offer a trendy 5000 sq ft dining space with a retractable roof and dog-friendly outdoor areas.

Part-time and full-time positions available, with flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, hand-washing, keeping the kitchen clean, restocking supplies and assisting other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Dedicated and hardworking.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and training, and able to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete assigned tasks.
• Flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen and dishwashing equipment safely.
• Wash dishes, glassware, equipment, and silverware by hand when necessary.
• Keep area in kitchen clean and free of debris and water.
• Restock all supplies and stock any deliveries received in a timely and safe manner.
• Remove all trash and debris from restaurant routinely.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks.
• You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times.

Boozehounds PS is looking for Dishwashers / Stewards for it’s exciting, restaurant and bar in Palm Springs. With it’s nearly 5000 square foot trendy dining room and lounge, retractable roofed atrium and enclosed outdoor patio with a cabana bar, Boozehounds PS is looking to establish itself as Palm Springs premier social destination. Boozehounds will also be the most dog friendly space in the Coachella valley, featuring dog menus, merchandise and outdoor dining spaces where guests can dine with their pup. This is the first bar of its kind and the first for its owners.

Job Description/Responsibilities

Provide Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers with support and assistance
Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way
Some of your responsibilities include:
