Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in all meal periods.
• Passion for food and strong work ethic.
• DOH certification - plus.
• Team player respectful of facility and staff.
• Must be able to work at night and on weekends.
• Fully Covid Vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Work the line for service.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
• Stock the station for the shift.
• Maintain all necessary parts.
• Follow prep sheets, fire sheets, and station sheets.
• Prep and execution of food items.
• Uphold company policies, standards, and health regulations.
• Ensure safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
