Job summary

Black Desert Rose in Ivins, UT, is seeking a full-time Line Cook to support the Chef/Kitchen Manager across all food outlets on the property. You will assist with set-up, food prep, and sanitation while following standardized recipes and safety guidelines.

The role requires a High School diploma, teamwork, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health, retirement, and PTO, with opportunities to grow within the Troon organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma.
• Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property.
• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all assigned items.
• Assists with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintains proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation activities for all food prep and storage facilities.
