The role involves following opening/closing procedures, maintaining sanitary work areas, and producing high-quality dishes under supervision. The position requires the ability to read prep sheets, work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands prep sheets and recipes.
• Maintains accuracy in portioning and measurements.
• Maintains clean and organized station.
• Works quickly and safely in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and complete side work.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, stocked and sanitized.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and safe storage of items.
• Assist with end-of-day inventory as required.
