City Winery is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our hospitality team. You will prepare and produce high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting, following approved recipes and maintaining consistent plating.

You’ll work across kitchen stations to support service, while upholding cleanliness and safety standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in line cooking, strong knife skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in high-volume kitchens.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking methods.
• Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes following recipes and specifications.
• Work across kitchen stations as needed to support service.
• Ensure timely delivery of dishes and consistent presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Label, store and rotate leftovers and stock inventories.
