Job summary

Manheim Township is seeking a Line Cook for the Sand Trap Restaurant at the Overlook Golf Course. This part-time, non-exempt role supports daily kitchen operations, food preparation, sanitation, and presentation to ensure an excellent culinary experience for members and guests.

You will work with the Food Service Manager and part-time staff, handle catered events, and use the kitchen software for inventory and concession operations. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a comparable kitchen setting.
• Experience in grilling, sauteing, pantry, lead, and expo.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for daily menu and catered events, ensuring proper handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with Food Service Manager on operations and inventory.
• Plan catered outings and coordinate staff for events.
• Utilize kitchen software to manage concession operations.
