The Spot is a neighborhood favorite in a busy kitchen environment, seeking a talented Line Cook to join a friendly, dedicated crew. You will prepare and plate dishes to our standards while maintaining a clean station and following safety procedures. Growth opportunities exist within the Serenitee Restaurant Group, with strong benefits after 30 days.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a love for great food. Must be able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized station at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Assist with prep, inventory, and specials as needed.
