Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for full-time and part-time cook/line server roles at the IGC Cafe in the Indiana Government Center. Shifts are Monday through Friday from 6:0am to 2:30pm, with weekends and holidays closed.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and serve high-quality food at a dedicated station.
Operate in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining safety and sanitation.
Follow portion control, presentation specs and storage procedures.
Assist in cleaning, organizing, and stocking of kitchen and storage areas.
Ensure safety and quality through proper handling of all food items.
