Qualifications

• Prior professional line cook experience is required.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Must multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality is expected.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic is essential.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and morning shifts.
• Food Handler's Card is required or must be obtained.
