Kitchen Line Cook

Pierce's Pitt BBQ, a Virginia staple in Williamsburg for over 50 years, is seeking dedicated Line Cooks to join our team. If you're hard-working, committed, and enjoy a busy environment, Pierce's is the place for you.

This position offers the potential for growth into supervisory or management roles for the right individual. Alternatively, if you prefer a role where you can work your hours and receive competitive pay without leadership responsibilities, we have a position for you as well.

Responsibilities for Line Cook:

Prepare customer orders as indicated by tickets displayed on the screen at your station

Perform portion control and minimize waste

Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner

Set up and clean your station according to restaurant protocol

Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves

Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and products

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor or manager on duty

No overnight or late-night shifts. Hard work is rewarded, and health benefits are available.
