Responsibilities

• Working in the kitchen preparation area, including cutting and cleaning vegetables, and preparing and cooking side items in bulk for service
• Prepping side cups and bulk foods in containers for takeout
• Assisting in pre-opening preparation tasks
• Stocking items in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations
• This is a crucial behind-the-scenes kitchen role that is vital to Pierce's daily operations. Responsibilities do not include working the grill, fryer, or sandwich area; this position focuses solely on preparation tasks.
