Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years line cook experience preferred, steak house experience a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets and recipes
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to spec and plated for service
• Assist team to deliver a high-quality dinning experience for guests
