You will follow portion controls and plating standards, restock and communicate needs, and work with other kitchen teams to ensure timely, quality service in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have cooking experience in high-volume food service.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow recipes, methods, and plating standards.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up station according to guidelines and operate assigned stations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Prepare food cleanly and safely while maintaining quality.
• Complete prep lists and station checks as directed.
• Maintain proper holding, labeling, dating, and storage of items.
• Restock stations and communicate needs and issues promptly.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and keep work areas clean.
• Support features, events, and special dietary requests.
• Collaborate with culinary, service, and dish teams for smooth service.
