Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Food and sanitation certification preferred.
• 2 years of sauté or grill experience preferred.
• Must bring own knives or be willing to purchase knives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Comply with food sanitation standards and ensure proper safety.
• Uphold kitchen hygiene standards.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations.
• Inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
