• Maintain knowledge of the menu and products.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations.
• Inspect all food items before serving.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items.
• Assist the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage as needed.
