Job summary

Crowne Plaza KC Downtown in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team under Hotel Equities. The role requires preparing items per standard recipes and guest checks, maintaining sanitation, and supporting daily prep and requisitions to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will work with a team to uphold brand standards, participate in inventory, and provide friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per standard recipes and guest checks.
• Inspect and use only high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in all kitchen areas.
• Receive and store deliveries; manage inventory.
• Coordinate with upper kitchen management and other departments.

Education
