Hotel Equities seeks a PM Line Cook for the Crowne Plaza KC Downtown in Kansas City, MO. Prepare foods per recipes, ensure brand standards, and assist with daily requisitions while maintaining sanitation and safety. Collaborate with upper kitchen management and other departments to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications include a High School diploma. Experience with major hotel brands is a bonus, and flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Follow company and brand standards to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items for production.
• Inspect and use only high-standard ingredients in all menu items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; comply with health regulations.
• Coordinate with upper kitchen management daily and with other departments.
