Responsibilities

• Follow directions of Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
• Follow recipes for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and presenting items across stations.
• Maintain high quality by taste, portion control, and consistent production.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory to plan production.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and safe food handling procedures to meet hygiene standards.
