Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Degree from a culinary institute preferred.
• Serv-Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with overall dining program and execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and train co-workers as needed.
• Participate in catering and special events.
• Adhere to federal, state and local health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Work in all kitchen positions and support a high‑energy service.
