Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Line Cook in Sunnyvale, CA to prepare, plate, and present high-quality dishes for our restaurant, banquets, and in-room dining. You will work with a talented culinary team to maintain consistency and food safety standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The role requires 1–2 years of line cook experience, HACCP knowledge, and a Food Handler Certification. A culinary diploma or training is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of line cook experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain quality, consistency and portion control.
• Set up stations and stock before shifts; assist with banquet or catering as needed.
• Follow HACCP, safety, sanitation, and local health regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary team and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
