Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook and Dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen in Pearland, TX. The role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities in a supportive Tex-Mex team setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, executing recipes, restocking, and opening/closing procedures. Must be 18+, energetic, and capable of teamwork; food handler certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
