Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant in Plano, TX is seeking a Line Cook / Dishwasher to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, execute recipes, restock supplies, and sanitize dishware while following safety standards. Flexibility with shifts and ability to obtain a food handler certification are required; experience is a plus. We offer compensation from $15 to $20 per hour and career opportunities in management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
