Westminster Communities of Florida is a national leader in senior living recruiting a Line Cook for Westminster St. Augustine.

The full-time position runs 11am–8pm, with some weekends, preparing quality meals for residents, guests, and staff as part of the Culinary Team. Ideal candidates have three or more years of high-volume cooking experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and Florida SafeStaff certification (or within 90 days).

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
• Florida SafeStaff certification required or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow directions.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.

Aufgaben

• Set up work stations according to established guidelines.
• Prepare all food items in accordance with standardized recipes in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Distributes prepared food to all service areas accurately and consistently in preparation and presentation.
• Restocks items as needed throughout the shift.
• Cleans and maintains station by practicing good safety, sanitation and organization skills.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
