You will collaborate with the Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency, participate in training opportunities, and contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and standards.
• Maintain temperature charts and food safety records; adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Notify Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations.
• Uphold Civitas standards in personal grooming and kitchen hygiene.
• Assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas.
