Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willing to work day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cooking merchandise; maintain a sanitized kitchen workspace.
• Read and recreate recipes; follow menus reflecting seasonal availability.
• Use knives and various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and proper storage.
• Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to deliver high-quality meals.
