Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare, cook, and plate dishes consistently according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and use of kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.).
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tickets, and maintain composure during busy service periods.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take direction from chefs and collaborate with other kitchen staff.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance for full-time shifts.
• Prior line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred; culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
